- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based on many factors: Number of times training per week Reason for Training (weight loss, body building, powerlifting, strength and toning etc.) 1:1, small group, or written workouts My rates are extremely reasonable and I work with all financial situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can text or speak by phone to arrange a time to meet virtually in order to discuss goals and set up a training schedule. We will also review expectations concerning attendance and payment schedules at this time. I promise you an entertaining, productive, and safe training environment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the National Association of Sports Medicine, bringing 30 years of coaching and training to our clients. I am very experienced with being overweight and the constant daily battle. This understanding makes me even more important to our clients who need to lose weight.
