Initial Consultation - Free Private Chef/ Nutrition Consultations - $40/hr * after initial consultation all consultations are tailored to the needs of the client Package of 4 Consultations - $250 Private Cooking Demonstrations, Presentations, Speeches, Classes - $300 - $500 * $50 fee for travel outside of 25 mile range, cost of product is handled by the client

Professional Pastry Chef in Hotels/ Resorts 25+ years. B. S. in Nutrition, working knowledge of Food, Nutrition and Cooking. Online Courses, ongoing education seminars, presentations, reading and research.

I love all things food and I have always cooked. I wanted to be a better athlete growing up so I started reading up on how food could help my performance.
