I was looking for a dog walking service; for 2 Pitbulls. I received several replies but when I talk to Ray via phone I could tell by his voice & knowledge & I reviewed his Bio on Followmyleaddog. We had our initial consultation and he observed me walking my dog; Lady & Bino. They are brother/sister but total opposites. They are 3 1/2 now strong & healthy built. I had initial consult with Ray. He told me about himself and his other assistant, my dogs loved him when he came for consultation. He is very knowledgable of dogs. He text me to let me know about that day's walk. He recommended me & family due a dog on leash service: 2 one hour meetings and show you the correct way to be in control of the dog. We had this service; a lot of the family was involved and we learned from this. I can tell the difference in my pets now, when we get home from work they are relaxed, content and happy. He is available for questions/concerns I have ex: I day it was in the 90's and when I came home; Bino vomited a few times and wasn't himself. I texted Ray, he called me and gave me info and make me much more comfortable. He goes above & beyond just as a walker. He also educates you and shares his knowledge. Lady is spoiled and does not want to walk if it is hot out; but because Bino went now she wants to walk. He takes the extra time when he comes back with Bino, he take Lady for a quick walk. Bino has been going on Pack Walks which is great socialization and helps Bino become a better dog. He is reliable, dependable and he come part of the family. He is always updating me, gives me helpful information about food and play time versus structured walk time. I got much more than I was looking for when I joined Followmyleaddog. I see it getting better daily. He is about safety for the dogs first which helped me. Recommend if I knew anyone who needs service and he also has many other services to offer. I could not say enough wonderful things about Ray and the training program. When I dropped my dog off for the "board and train program" I was overwhelmed and nervous my four year old dog was never going to able to be fixed. She had some serious bad habits, from attacking small dogs to peeing in the house. With our life together I needed try and fix these issues so we both could live a happy/healthy life. For the three weeks she was with him I was updated daily, was able to view videos of her online of the progress, and every time I texted to see how she was I would get a text back within the hour. It kept me at easy knowing she was doing well and I knew exactly where she was in training. When picking my dog up after the training program, I was able to spend a good amount of time with Ray and go over all the training as well as any questions I had. No pressure of time or annoyed that I had so much to learn. By the time I went home I didn't feel like I was going to ruin my dogs training she was just in and felt like our lives are going to be better and healthy than they have been since I had her. I could not thank him enough!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I will tell a client to find that right dog professional to work with them and their dog. One that is up front and honest. I would also say they should understand that dog training is about Teamwork and not a magic wand. You want a trainer that is going to work with you and set you up for success. I would stay away for a one track mind type of trainer in this business.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That dog training is about teamwork between the professional and the student
