The water heater went out in our Condo. Out of the blue. Aaron was great showed up right away help tell the other owners what was happening etc. It also needed some special vent part and found that as well. Very professional and courteous.

I called Minuteman after my water heater started leaking, and they sent a technician, Aaron, out the same day to take a look. He was prompt, polite, and very knowledgeable. The water heater needed to be replaced, and Aaron took care of it in about two hours. He showed us exactly how to operate it, made sure we knew what to do if we had any issues in the future, and left the area neat and tidy when he finished. I’ll definitely have Minuteman come back yearly to flush and service the water heater. Thank you!!
