I offer 60 and 90 minute Thai yoga therapy sessions. Thai yoga therapy is a healing dance incorporating massaging and assisted stretches.
Traditional Thai massage is an ancient healing technique that has been in popular use since the time of Buddha. The practice itself manifests as a flowing dance that synthesizes the cumulative knowledge and techniques of many disciplines. Employing the graceful rooted movement of yoga and the compassionate mindfulness instilled by the meditative experience of the practice, Thai massage is essentialized in self-awareness and fluid expression.
The price is a suggested donation, though there is a minimal travel fee which is as low as $20.
