- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our low overhead allows us to be very competitive. Compared with the franchises, we are typically thousands of dollars cheaper!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer describes their situation in some detail, I schedule a paid visit to perform a thorough INSPECTION of the dwelling. If an AIR TEST is requested samples are sent to a lab and the results are ready in about a week. A full report is always provided detailing our findings, recommendations and cost to remediate if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my career I have had licenses for Construction, Home Improvement, and Pest Extermination. I volunteer as a Building Inspector. I am currently certified as a Mold Inspector and Remediator. I own a home and Commercial property so I am well aware of the challenges of property management. Continuing Education is a passion.
