- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common types for jobs for me are cocktail, dinner, and buffet. I love to serve brunch before or the day after a wedding,everyone is so happy!! The personal chef services provide families,professionals and people with all types of dietary needs weekly meals delivered to your door.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
While volunteering for Acton Food Pantry,I was involved in a chef challenge. After my nerves calmed down, I had such a fun time and ended up winning the best presentation,and the tastiest dish,which was a Jalapeno Corn Cake topped with Citrus Pulled Pork with Goat Cheese Creme Fresh. Very Exciting!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have traveled the world, France,Italy,Mexico just to name a few and in several places have enjoyed taking cooking classes and have learned techniques from the locals!
