Alex at Orellana Plastering just completed a four room project for me in a rental property. Plastered walls were quite old as building was built in the late 1800s. We needed plastering repairs and skim coats done on walls that had wallpaper removed as well as rooms where the plaster was cracking and pulling away from the walls. We got several quotes for the work. Alex’s pricing was right in the middle of the range. We hired him because of his knowledge on how to deliver the best and more durable result. Of all the contractors we interviewed he could best describe what was needed for a durable and professional finish that we needed as part of the extensive renovation work being done in this unit. Alex and his team also did the project as quoted. Arrived on time and did a thorough cleanup job once they were finished. We will be using Alex and his team at Orellana Plastering for our plaster repairs moving forward. Highly recommended!
