Introduction: My mission is to recognize my students’ individual needs and honor their uniqueness. In my years as a teacher I have worked with people of all ages and abilities. I firmly believe that a yoga practice is most beneficial when personalized. I help my clients find balance and strength, peace and stability. We will work together to heal your body and clear your mind. With years of experience and over 1500 hours of training, I can craft a bespoke therapeutic practice to fit your specific needs. Francesca is a responsive and sophisticated Yoga teacher. Our kids particularly enjoyed the Yoga sessions with her. She is punctual and very effective in the art of Yoga. Highly recommended for any one with a busy lifestyle, including for children.

Cannot rate Franayama highly enough. I have been feeling very out of balance this past year and she helped me connect with my body and feel stronger and more at peace than I have in a long time. Francesca is a wonderful yoga instructor! As a new yogi, I was anxious and certain I’d be embarrassed by my lack of skill. But Francesca took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor an experience unique to me. It was challenging but I was successful, and I felt that confidence afterwards. Francesca is a kind, gentle teacher that is observant and flexible with her students. A session with her is truly a brilliant experience!

$100 for an hour $50 for 30 minutes
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will talk and do a wellness assessment, spend some time planning out goals and figure out where imbalances may be happening so we can work on improving physical and mental well being
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 1300 hours plus of yoga training, I am Reiki 1 certified and have spent many hours working with different teachers and students which I think is the best school of all.
