Frank was great! When he said he would be there, he was there! His prices were reasonable and his workmanship was excellent. We were very happy with him and his apprentice Francis. Will definitely work with them again.

Frank Welles helped with our addition from start to finish. He was thorough, polite, neat and very prompt. We found his rates to be very reasonable. FAQs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained in troubleshooting and repair of computer electronics in the 80's. I trained to be an electrician under an experienced Master Electrician REWIRING old brownstone buildings in Boston.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My most frequent jobs range from service upgrades to lighting installations. I get frequent calls for emergency service where some or all of the power is out in a house and I am asked to step in and troubleshoot. Sometimes I get a call from a customer who is planning a remodel or an addition.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to ask questions! Be comfortable with who you hire because they will be working in your home. Check references and check their license on the MA.GOV/license website. And remember that price is not everything.
