A. Before I would call any cleaning service I would thoroughly research each and every company to make sure I would be getting quality as well as a great price. I would first attempt to locate a local company in my area by either the internet or phone book. Then I would type the company name,city and state in a search engine such as google to see what customers are saying about that company. If I didn't read any bad reviews I would look at their website to see what they offer. Please be advised some of the best cleaning companies may not have a website. Last but not least I would call that company to get a cleaning quote or bid. P.s. If you are choosing a carpet cleaning service such as mine make sure that company uses hot water extraction cleaning. That method of cleaning is approved by the major carpet manufacturers. I would also stay away from encapsulation,bonnet cleaning, or carbonated cleaning services. They look good wet but when they dry sometimes it does not come out so well!
