Shelley came to my home and taught two classes with a group of local moms and dads. The classes covered everything from adult CPR to infant CPR and choking. Overall, we all walked away feeling more confident in how to handle a dangerous situation wherein we may need to perform CPR on our children or someone else.
It was great that she could teach the class in our home and bring her own manikins, as it made it extra convenient for a bunch of new parents!
I'd highly recommend working with Shelley as she's punctual, thorough in her training, and willing to answer any questions you might have.

Shelley came to our facility in Woburn to train us in first aid and cpr. She arrived early and had everything set up and ready to go at our start time. It took a little over 2 hours for the whole thing. I really felt like my employees learned a lot from her. She was very patient and explained things very well. I have already recommended her to our other franchise locations. We all thought she was great!

Shelley was the best instructor we have had in CPR. Explained everything so all could understand and she has all the personal experience from her job to boot. We will be calling her back again in 2 years for recert again.

I was down to the wire finding an instructor to get recertified in Healthcare Provider BLS, and Shelley was prompt, accommodating, and professional in her response to my need to get in a class ASAP. She went out of her way to get me in and it ended up being a great one-on-one personal teaching course.
She uses her own vast life experiences performing CPR and saving lives as an EMT to teach you and applies real life scenarios that other instructors might not have encountered or thought of.
Shelley was fun, energetic, informative and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my skills.
I would highly recommend Shelley as a professional, informative and thorough AHA instructor.
I look forward to keeping my re-certifications up-to-date with her every time I need them in the future from this point on.
