This was just plain weird. Tiago shows up, TWICE, to take measurements and I am pleased with his punctuality and demeanor. I have no reason to think he isn't interested in the job and I feel he has the skills, but, he drives away and never makes any attempt to contact me. I use every method available to contact him (text, voicemail [full], email, facebook) and all I get are crickets. Knowing that he had departed without a deposit, I left a message through Thumbtack telling him I would bring the deposit to him, but no response. I have since worked my network to find and vet a contractor with a portfolio and references. I won't be using Thumbtack again.
