I was happy with the work that was done on my outside platform & my hallway ceiling. Had some problems with him finishing as fast as I wanted, because he got involved with other jobs. I was disappointed that he did not do my windows, because he did not have time to fully search out all the facts, because he was too busy with other jobs. I will have to find someone else to be my handyman, in the future, & someone closer to where I live.

    Every single job is on a case by case basis. Factors that alter the pricing are distance, difficulty, volume, etc

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to meet personally with every single customer request. I enjoy meeting, discussing the job scope and developing a plan of action with even the smallest of home improvement repair. I want the customer to be involved in the project as I believe that is where a bond can begin. Many of my customers started with a simple repair and it turned out leading to major renovation jobs in the future. For them, and the friends and family that they referred me to.
