Adventure Boot Camp offers indoor and outdoor programs and trainings such as beneficial nutritional counseling, open-air fitness instruction, and supportive, motivational training.

    Top 5 things I love bout Eastern MA Adventure Boot Camp 1) You NEVER get bored (which is easy to do at a gym) 2) Shannon has a ton of energy, is very creative, and motivating 3) Campers of all ages encourage - no matter how fast or slow you are 4) Breathing in the fresh air and listening to the sounds of nature when we're outdoors 5) Being 50 years old and knowing "I CAN do this"!

    I have been attending Eastern MA Adventure Boot Camp since its inception almost 5 years ago. Without serious dieting I have dropped 15 pounds and 4 pants sizes. This is as fun as exercising can get! In all these years Shannon has virtually never repeated a routine. She keeps it fresh and keeps us motivated. I see no end to my attendance!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love to help people "love" to exercise. Helping women gain self esteem, and feel great about themselves is my life mission.

YES !we cater to ALL levels and ages.

You go at your own pace and everything is modifiable. We have triathletes right along side of 1st time exercisers!

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, I am always training and bettering myself and my team. many times throughout year I either take classes or get certified and have extensive training on the newest latest trends or important information in the field.
