- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on the quality of material we use and the exceptional service we provide to all our clients. Our team goes above and beyond to ensure pure clients satisfaction no matter how big or small the projects are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) We gather as much information over the initial phone call from client to determine if we are able to assist with their project. 2.) We make a home visit to take measurements and view site for any unforeseen issues that client may have missed so we can give our recommendation. 3.) We provide our free estimate turn around within 24 hours, pending the size of the project and how much research and material is required. No more than 48 hours turn around on an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Owner and Operation Manager, I have over 25 years experience in construction services from fabrication, management, job coordination, design, drafting, and training. Our Project Manager also has over 25 years of construction experience from building homes, road construction, foundation, structures and multi-unit residential property construction, from the first stage to completion. Sales Manager has over 20 years experience in home remodeling, property rehab, construction sales, and Real-estate.
