Working with Dan and his team at Infante PM was best decision we made for managing our property. They take care of every aspect of the rental life cycle which has simplified my life tremendously. Dan has been managing for us for 5+ years and it's always been a pleasure. He finds good renters, handles calls and maintenance issues, and chases on our behalf if the rent is late. From a financial perspective, he makes sure we get fair market rates and always includes the annual increase to keep the rate current. The feedback we get from our renters is also always positive which provides additional piece of mind.
