- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no diagnostic fees. My typical price range is as low as $20 and up to $99. Average is usually $60 depending on job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to determine if I am the right person to help a customer, then arrange a day and time to either make a house call or pick up the PC.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, my training is from working at Tiny Planet Computer in Gloucester for 15 years.
