Introduction: I recently moved my company and family from Austin, TX to Greenfield, MA. I have helped a wide array of folks host wonderful celebrations and events since 2016. Michael was an excellent DJ! He listened to all of our wants and needs. My husband and I wanted to play a mix of Texas country music, and songs requested by our guests, and Michael exceeded our expectations. All we had to do was give him the names of some of the artists we wanted to hear and he took care of the rest! The music for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception went seamlessly. We had friends/wedding guests asking for our playlist after the wedding because they loved the mix of tunes that were played throughout the night. I highly recommend hiring Michael/DJ the Mood for any event you are planning. He's the best!

DJ The Mood is Top Shelf. The music was awesome. He energized the crowd. The music was so great my mother- in- law, mom, and Aunt were on the dance floor having a fabulous time. _Everybody enjoyed him. My stepdaughters wedding was that much greater with DJ The Mood controlling the music.

DJ the Mood did a fantastic job DJing our SXSW event! Everyone loved the music that he played and he kept the energy going for the entire event. Would definitely recommend booking!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. I custom tailor packages to fit the client's needs. I can offer special services depending on the occasion such as offering an audio recording of your event or providing custom lighting for any environment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to listen to the client's needs and provide customized packages based on his/her needs. I like to remain as flexible as possible and communicate in whatever methods and timelines the client feels most comfortable with.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a minor in music from St. Edward's University. I have also studied vocal performance at the Florence University of the Arts in Florence, Italy. I have played musical saw with Michael Kiwanuka and bass guitar with several bands around Austin, TX.
