Watch as spines straighten, dowager humps shrink, thigh muscles lengthen, memories improve, and tushies tighten in students of all ages. Pretty good for 100-year-old exercise techniques are designed by a man—for men!
The strength of Pilates is the infinite variations surrounding the structured center—rather like our bodies. As a movement system, it can treat a growing list of chronic illness foreign in our sedentary society.

A. Pilates changed my body and my life and I believe it can change yours too. Having experienced the magical transformation of this movement system in middle age, I am passionate about it's possibilities to help everyone - as are the other teachers here, whose live and bodies have also been changed by Pilates.
