The Pilates School

Pilates changed my body and my life and I believe it can change yours too. Having experienced the magical transformation of this movement system in middle age, I am passionate about it's possibilities to help everyone - as are the other teachers here, whose live and bodies have also been changed by Pilates. The "daily aha" when a student realizes a movement that was difficult is now easy.
