5 Dragons Martial Arts Academy

Introduction: At 5 Dragons, we teach traditional Kyokushin karate. We train mind, body, and spirit. We also train to be able to take hits as well as give them. Kyokushin karate also works in self-defense without having to adjust from the dojo to the street. We work with ages 3 and up, families and individuals. We have also been very successful with children that have behavior issues, ADHD, Asperger's syndrome. This is not a cure all but a way to help. First lesson is free.
