What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices include all of the materials (student books) and supplies (CPR manikins, first aid supplies for example), so there is no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to find out what their needs are first. For example; what type of CPR training are you looking for? Do you need just Adult CPR/AED or do you need Adult, Infant and Child CPR? Another question that is asked is does this training need to be done by a certain date and is it for a specific job requirement. I also would like to know more about the customer so I can get a better understanding of who they are .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dave has a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation Management from Green Mountain College in VT. He also hold instructor certifications from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety & Health Institute and Emergency Care and Safety Institute.
