Nikki is AMAZING. She went to the venue before hand to truly bring the vision we had for the wedding. She coordinated with the venue coordinator in my absence to ensure everything was set up correctly. She’s quick to respond, quick to accommodate and flexible. She’s very personable. Working with her made planning this wedding a little less stressful. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a decorator in MA! Thanks again Nikki!!
Nikki did an amazing job on my wedding day, I am so happy I hired her! She worked seamlessly with my venue to create beautiful tablescapes and decorations throughout. I also did the content creation which I am so happy I did I have hundreds of photos and videos that I received days after my wedding and still have not even received my main package yet from my photographer. So happy I hired NMG Marketing for my event!
Problem: surprise 50th birthday party for my husband

My husband is intuitive so planning a surprise party for him was no easy task; however, Nikki was there to help and be supportive providing thoughts and ideas. I decided on a 1920 murder mystery dinner and mixed Star Wars theme as I had no choice in the theme for the mystery dinner. I felt that I was giving Nikki a challenge but she rose to the occasion without any difficulty. The center pieces were fabulous, overall decorations was just enough to be very tasteful without taking away from the dinner show. She even wrote a little Star Wars inspired script for my husband’s birthday. Every one had a positive feedback on the decorations and how the event unfolded. Nikki ensured that everything was streamlined and made it looked effortless given that she has great communication and organizational skills. She was so smooth people did not realized that she was in the background making everything happen. I had to endure I let people what a great job she did. I would recommend her and if I need someone to help me for an event, I would reach out to her again. Thank you Nikki for making it a party to remember.

I hired Nikki as a day of coordinator for my July wedding, and it was hands down one of the best planning decisions I made! She was super sweet, fun to work with, and invested in making our vision a reality. When we met with her before the wedding, she listened attentively to what we wanted and was incredibly flexible with our requests and the requests of our family members. The moment my husband and I walked into our wedding reception and saw how beautifully she had transformed the room, I knew I had hired the right person.
From start to finish, Nikki was on top of everything to ensure the day ran smoothly -- from overseeing the decorating and clean up (while directing a room full of volunteers) to checking in on my husband and me to see if we needed a drink of water or another plate of food. All the vendors and volunteers I talked to (who saw more of her behind-the-scenes work) spoke nothing but praise for her professionalism and adaptability. They were grateful to have a go-to person if any questions or issues came up.
If you are looking for an event coordinator who is both friendly and professional, I would absolutely recommend Nikki and her services! Knowing that Nikki was taking care of all the details in the background put my husband and me at ease so we could more fully enjoy our wedding day.
Nicki is absolutely AMAZING! I hired her to do the set up and take down for my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. I am always happy to discuss pricing options and try to be as flexible as possible in terms of budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer includes a phone call for me to get a better idea as to what will be needed for their event (decorations, travel expenses and vision for the event). Once we have a phone conversation I can come up with a more accurate quote and then we can continue to plan for their event from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Event Planning started as a hobby and passion project of mine over 10 years ago! Although I do not have a degree or certificate in it I do carry a lot of experience and I continue to add to my skill set daily.
