- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always happy to discuss pricing options and try to be as flexible as possible in terms of budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer includes a phone call for me to get a better idea as to what will be needed for their event (decorations, travel expenses and vision for the event). Once we have a phone conversation I can come up with a more accurate quote and then we can continue to plan for their event from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Event Planning started as a hobby and passion project of mine over 10 years ago! Although I do not have a degree or certificate in it I do carry a lot of experience and I continue to add to my skill set daily.
