- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in rehab/remodels. Including additions and second floors. Ground up new construction is also my specialty. I am also known for my rear decks and front porches. Window and door replacement is a common project for my company. All interior finish work is a common project, also. Kitchen and bath remodel is a great project for my company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When hiring a provider like me the customer should feel comfortable with the contractor. Talking with their referrals is always a good start. Question them on how they found the contractor and how the project went. The contractor/client relationship needs to be a good fit for the project to succeed.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers should know that a good contractor has experience. No project is the same, and they need to be able to react to the circumstances. The customer should also understand the finances of a project. The cost isn't just materials and labor. A contractor has overhead hidden costs.
