Introduction: I won first place in the New England Press Awards.
I started taking photographs, developing film and printing when I was 12 years old, and I do believe that having the eye and perspective for composition is not learned, but innate.
There is never a time I won't climb up or belly down to the ground for the right match to my vision.
Having gone to grad school for 7 years in the field of psychology, gives me a different understanding of how our senses work, perspective and of course human relationships. One cannot capture people and their essence without a relationship!
My areas of work are: photojournalism (obviously), portrait work preferably using unusual sites and perspectives, but I also have a studio, weddings - generally in the photo-narrative style, stock photography, event coverage, head shots and composite cards, photo restoration, corporate photography, funeral coverage, sports, fashion, landscape and fine art photography, macro imaging, wildlife and pet photography.
I am provocative and edgy, and I also know how to respect the limits of others.
