A. When you are comparing proposals from different caterers, it is important that you make sure it is a similar level of service as well as a similar menu. You also want to make sure all expenses are included, i.e. staff costs, rentals, permits, insurance.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. There are many creative ways to develop a menu which is both economical, delicious and versatile - through my years of catering experience, I have learned the best foods to pair and how much a group will need.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. I would ask a potential caterer about other events similar to one you are hosting and if they have catered an event in a site like the one your proposing.
