FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know each other right off the bat, to find out what music speaks to you, to answer any questions you might have, and to get you playing or singing asap!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've studied music since I was 4 years old. Specializing in guitar, drums, and voice, I've been the music teacher at the Wolf School and Middlebridge School for the last six years. I am very experienced in working with complex learners, individuals on the autism spectrum, and emotionally troubled youth. I am currently enrolled in a mental health counseling graduate program, and specialize in creating a comfortable, personalized environment for each student.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I never really had to decide! My parents tell me that when I was a baby I would hold myself up and bounce in time to music. I come from a family of musicians, and I've spent my whole life practicing.
