- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly up to our eyeballs in new information. We are always on the hunt for improving our development technqiues, honing our eye for design, and making sure we're at the forefront of technology, style, and trends on the web.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our work primarily consists of: Re-branding clients, developing full identities, and web design / development. We offer everything else a one stop shop should (marketing, print, signage, AdWords management, social media campaigns, etc.); but those three sections definitely make up the bulk of our work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Transparency is key. You should know, and understand, every step of every project you engage in. Do not allow anyone to try and tell you that something is 'too hard to explain', or is 'very complicated' with no background info. It's important to feel a connection with your service provider, and to feel comfortable enough to rely on them to provide you both the service you require, and the knowledge to understand why you require it.
