- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WE have flat rates for ; Virus cleans, computer networking, I.T and security systmes installations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We run a diagnostic that will check all components of a computer, after this is done we go ahead and replace anything that failed during the diagnostic. WE make sure that the replacement part we replace has a 2 year warranty, so the customer has a peace of mind. After all this is done, a week later we give a call back to the customer and ask them how their systems are doing and if they have any issues, problems or concerns. And we try to address any new issues that their having.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4 year high school diploma in academics and in Industrial Electronics. I went off and got an Associates in Engineering science and at this very moment i have 1 year left to get my Electrical Engineering associates with a business minor at Umass Dartmouth.
