Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. What I like most about my job is making people happy on the outside which inturn, makes people happy on the inside.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. We are human. We want to make you happy and listening to you and you listening to us is key. It's all about the connection. Without that, it is hard to deliver the best results possible.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I decided to get in this line of work because I love to make people happy and this business has always been in my family.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. Recently, we were recognized in the Lawrence Eagle Tribune for an event we had at the Salon and Spa. It was to raise money for a little boy with Muscular Dystrophy. I am proud of helpong make a difference in this young boy's life.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. I am always continuing my education to keep up with the latest styles. I would list all my credentials, but I would rather show the customer my work and let them see for themselves that my work is quality.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. I would suggest to never give up. People tend to give up too quick when things get rough. Stick it out and the rewards will come.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. I am currently growing my two businesses into a greater vision of what I have always dreamed of. A successful wellness center.
