- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing complicated about my pricing system. I have a price for coaching on just one item and I have prices for ongoing coaching the choices for 1 pay or several payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is learning about each other and setting the goals of the relationship. After that, all other sessions will work on the agreed up goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have recently completed a Master's Degree in Spiritual Direction at a local college in my area. Two years of in-depth study and a practicum have prepared me to coach spiritual and life issues. I am a member of the Career Thought Leaders. This is a think tank for what is the latest and greatest in the job search. I attend webinars and read extensively about the job search process.
