I employed Andy Maus as my agent while selling a home in Lexington. Andy was a pleasure to work with, handling every detail of the transaction. I've dealt with a number of agents, many of them good, but Andy had a broader strategic perspective on real estate investments that was very valuable in driving our strategy. Then, when it was time for the pricing, he was data oriented and prepared. He handled the staging, showings, and negotiations well, getting me the best market price. Finally, he worked well with the attorney in getting to an on-time close, in what was not the easiest escrow. He kept me informed, but also solved problems rather than handing them off. I highly recommend him.
