FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I prefer to meet with the client in the home/place of business to be worked on. From there I take measurements of the working area, and discuss with the client what they envision for the space. After researching material costs, I write up an estimate that includes material charges as well as labor charges to give the customer a ballpark idea the cost of project. From there we move forward or tweak the estimate to either fit a budget or vision in mind.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working within residential homes as well as commercial business locations.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
In July '23, I had been in contact with a gentleman and his wife whom were moving to NH from the southwest and were looking to have some modern flooring installed within their commercial business space. We communicated virtually prior to their move to the east coast and once they arrived we met at the space and discussed a plan. I was able to direct them to a local flooring supplier where they chose their material and I had delivered it to the commercial space once the old carpet had been removed. Removed baseboards, installed new 7"LVP flooring, re-installed baseboards. The actual work itself took 3 days, and customer was thrilled with the new life breathed into their space.
