Tracy started with us as a bookkeeper two weeks ago, and has already made a major impact. She is a very quick study and got up to speed instantly, revising our chart of accounts in Quickbooks and doing a bank reconciliation in the first days. She had a board financial report deadline about a week after she started, and was flexible with her schedule to get this completed on time. She has not only streamlined our bookkeeping procedures and has given us better financial reports, but has also pointed out several accounting-related areas where we can save significant expenses.
