- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing it’s all depending on how the conditions are to work, some time can be easier or harder, What I do is I try to do my best on the price, And obviously if you want something to get done right and so you can be happy at the end the price will be reasonable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Staring working with new costumers is something special, what I do is leasing to the costumer on what are they are looking to get done, wetter a new patio, walkway or etc And with the experience that I have I try to explain them on how it will work better or if they already have an idea we put it together! then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started to work when I was 15 years old I work for a company for 9 years Great people So I decided to do my own company and my desire is to help people that needs work to get done
