The Costomer should know that we are NOT giving a exaggerated quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process to work with a new Costomer is squelched an appointment, send the quote through an email after I had gave a look at the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am graduated from Lynn English High, 2 years North Shore college and 2 years Northeast Metro Tech ( Carpentry 2) at the same time was trained on job site by certified companies.
