- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing I give is fair. There are many other companies that either give too high air too low. The job and work I’m willing to offer is worth the price. My pricing is neither too high or too low!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about every service we provide. They then tell me what they want and I give them an exact estimate for the specific job. Lastly, we do the job for them so they could be satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with previous companies for many years. I practiced in those years and decided to work for my own. All those years of practice have made me become a great landscaper.
