Carlos and his team did an exceptional job on our small entryway project. We wanted to take down a closet to open up the space for a stroller and we had Carlos do this with a 2-week old at home. He was super responsive at all times via text, respected our privacy and quiet with the baby, and finished the project within a few days. His quote was reasonable, especially for the turnaround time and how lovely and pleasant his guys were! Our neighbors even commented how lovely the team was (we live in a multi-family). He replaced our floors, baseboards, and repainted everything, checking with us along the way but also working without interrupting us much. He even returned a few days later to review and fix up a few details to make sure everything looked perfect once dried and settled…and this was just because he wanted to ensure great quality. Highly recommend!

Carlos & Royal’s Construction is absolutely outstanding, and we recommend them highly. Carlos is one of the nicest and hardest working people we’ve had the pleasure of hiring and his skill and the people he hires are top-notch.
