If you see this, make sure you get a quote from Chad because you won’t regret it. He has very reasonable prices and makes the whole experience a breeze. I first contacted Chad for a section of the roof that leaked, a flatter section above the dormer. I previously had roll roof there, which usually only lasts 7-10 years, and my options were a new roll roof or rubber, which was pricier than roll roof, but lasts longer. The whole roof was old, and when I asked for a quote on the whole roof, it made more sense to do it all at once. From speaking with a few other contractors, I could tell that Chad was knowledgeable about roofs (some people wanted to put shingles on my flatter roof, while a couple people did say rubber is best- same as what Chad proposed). The whole roof was completed in a day, and leading up to it, Chad was very responsive and made it a breeze for me: the review of the contract first draft, the signing, the pulling of the permit, everything went smoothly and the roof was completed within 2-3 weeks of the quote. He was also very willing to reply to any of my concerns and respond to any questions I had about the project itself or the contract, and was flexible in accommodating any changes I wanted to make. I’d be happy to be a reference in the future and would use him again for other roofs, siding or other work.

Fantastic job - We thought we needed a new rubber roof on our double barrel triple decker Cambridge building. Unlike other vendors, Schuman went up and looked at it. Decided we just needed some routine maintenance and a new roof hatch. Instead of 30K, we spend 5k. These are honest folks, and I am grateul.

Chad and his crew did an exceptional job patching our roof, and sealing/painting our kitchen and bathroom last week. When the storm came in, our bathroom and kitchen started leaking and we knew there was an issue. Thankfully, upon contacting Chad he knew exactly what the issue was, where it was coming from and how to fix it - all at a reasonable cost, and very time efficient. He got to work two days later and the job was done by the rest of his crew by the end of the week. I would 100% hire Chad again future work. He is reliable, respectful, early/on time, and a man of his word. Thank you again Chad + team for helping us solve our issue in our home!
