Jayme was responsive, attentive to details that mattered to us, took the time to prepare, and had our best interests in mind as she was performing her magic w the videos. She worked with us every step of the way and was integral in helping us pull off a surprise proposal. Highly recommended if you want an amazing videographer / photographer that's going to listen to what you want and then work diligently to make that happen.

We hired JLA Photography to photograph our daughter’s wedding and are extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Every interaction with Jayme from the initial contact, through the interview with the bride and groom and the final check-ins before the big day exceeded our expectations. We all were impressed by her warmth, enthusiasm for her work, and her witty sense of humor. I appreciated that she took the time to get to know a little bit about each of us – our likes and dislikes and family history - in addition to talking about the kinds of photos we like and particular photo groupings we wanted to capture. As promised, Jayme stopped by to preview the planned site of the wedding (the groom’s home) to help her plan locations for the photos. However, on the morning of the wedding, heavy rainfall caused the ground underneath the tent (and the dance floor) to flood. So, four hours before the wedding, the ceremony was moved indoors to a municipal building. I was especially grateful that Jayme handled the unexpected change of plans so calmly. Moreover, she maintained her good humor even when taking pictures in the cold drizzly weather. In fact, several members of the bridal party made complimentary remarks about choosing Jayme as a photographer. Can’t wait to see the pictures.

Yes we do have some standard packages. We customized most of our stand packages to fit our client specific needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Call 2. Meeting 3. Planning Call or meeting (1month prior to event, then the week of) 4. After event follow up call with proofing instructions and email 5. We have a custom album design process (calls, design proofing instructions) 6. We are always here to take any calls for questions at any time.
