    As a first time home seller, I was a little unsure of the process from the sellers perspective. After reviewing several options, I decided to work with Amy. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!

    Amy perfectly coordinated everything (from our initial meeting, to the open house, dealing with tenants that we were in home, inspections, etc.) throughout the entire transaction. The marketing plan assembled generated fantastic interest in the property. In less than two weeks we were in escrow with a full price offer!

    There was not a single appointment or deadline that was missed and or rescheduled, and I truely believe that Amy's committment and dedication made the difference in my transaction.

    I purchased a foreclosure using Amy. We looked at many. I was blown away by her responsiveness and knowledge. I was looking in the lower price range in Worcester and felt like I was equally important as her other clients. I always felt she was looking out for my best interest. A really smart gal and down to earth. I would highly recommend her.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Interview more than one Realtor! We all have a different set of skills, background and personality. Find one that matches your needs best!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. My trade has fairly low barriers of entry to the profession. I would ask about a professionals background..what did they do before they were a Realtor? Are they full time? I would also ask specifically if they are a Realtor. Realtor is a higher designation and we have to go through additional courses are bound by a code of ethics.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I take the time to work with my clients regarding their own lives and goals. There is no standard marketing approach that can satisfy each property and person - it must done individually.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love meeting new people and finding new ways to help them. Everyone has their own story and reasons for moving. I find it fascinating to learn about that and then put a plan into motion to make it happen.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. "How is the market?" is what I am asked daily! My answer: "Depends...what do you want to do?"

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have so many!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I love to help people but would not make a good nurse :)

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. All the time. My designations require continuing educational credits yearly but I frequently attend additional seminars for little or no credit. I also participate in numerous business networking groups because "you don't know what you don't know". It's good to learn from other professions as well.
