There four price considerations typically involved in any construction type project. 1. Architectural Concept Design - this is the first phase in which the basic design is created. Fees for this phase are on an hourly basis. 2. Construction Drawings and Specs - include floor plans, electrical layout, elevations, material specs and finishes. A fixed fee is established in this phase. 3. Bidding and Negotiation of Project - during this phase we solicit quotes to determine best price and quality based on your budget. The fees for this service is an hourly rate. 4. Construction Phase Services - Overview to assure quality compliance from start to finish. This phase is based on an hourly rate.
