I first hired Todd a little more than three years ago when I bought my first house. It was a stressful time because I was a new home owner and purchased a very old house. I hired Todd to remove the wallpaper in almost every room in my house, patch 100+ year old horse hair plaster, and prime every wall and paint every ceiling. Todd was on-time, on-budget, and regularly gave me updates. I hired him again to paint our back porch. In that instance, we also needed a good carpenter and Todd was able to recommend an excellent person. Then last year Todd returned to paint the new cabinets in my kitchen. More than a year later and with a lot of wear and tear, those kitchen cabinets look beautiful. Bottom line: I trust Todd. He has excellent judgement, accurate estimates, and I trust him in my house when I am not there.

Our 8-townhouse complex in South Boston needed a complete repainting of the entire exterior in the summer of 2015. Originally built in 2007, our exteriors were peeling and fading - both the painted portions and our wood varnished entry foyers. We approached Todd in the winter and he came out to inspect and give us a quote for the entire job. He also gave us an estimate on the time the work would take and when he could do our job. A small deposit and signed contract was all that was needed to secure our project. He stayed in touch with us throughout the spring and was always quick to respond to our emails as a date to start our project was established. Over the 3 weeks he was working on our project Todd helped us make informed decisions on the paint colors and wood varnish. His product knowledge was very good and his background as a carpenter was also very helpful as a few of our exterior panels needed replacing too. Todd's team of worker's were also courteous and friendly. During the 3 weeks, Todd kept us informed about our project and how it was progressing. His communication was good and he was honest about all expectations. The few changes he made were explained ahead of time so there were no surprises. He held to his initial quote and all 8 homeowners were very satisfied with Todd's work overall and we all thought he gave us a fair price and delivered a quality service! We'll be contacting him again in 8 years.
