I first hired Todd a little more than three years ago when I bought my first house. It was a stressful time because I was a new home owner and purchased a very old house. I hired Todd to remove the wallpaper in almost every room in my house, patch 100+ year old horse hair plaster, and prime every wall and paint every ceiling. Todd was on-time, on-budget, and regularly gave me updates. I hired him again to paint our back porch. In that instance, we also needed a good carpenter and Todd was able to recommend an excellent person. Then last year Todd returned to paint the new cabinets in my kitchen. More than a year later and with a lot of wear and tear, those kitchen cabinets look beautiful. Bottom line: I trust Todd. He has excellent judgement, accurate estimates, and I trust him in my house when I am not there.

This contractor did such a great job on the common areas of our Back Bay condominum building, that we hired them to paint the interior of our unit! The crew was very professional with great clean up at the end of every day and careful protection of fixtures and furnishings. Detail work on cove moldings, raised panels and trim was excellent. Pricing was highly reasonable and the lowest of 3 bids we received. Finished right on time. We'd definitely hire them again.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure that you are comfortable with the service provider being interviewed
Also, be sure that you are comparing all aspects of each job with other qualified professionals.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I would want to know that the service professional had a history of references that could be contacted and get an idea of their track record with other customers.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Be sure that all aspects of each job are comparing "apples to apples", so to speak. In other words, make sure that all service professionals are on the same page with regard to services provided.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. When a job goes well and the project is completed, the end product is something that the Homeowner can remember as a positive experience.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. That contrary to what may be a conceived notion, ,amy Service Professionals are trustworthy and honest about the work they do.
