I really do not like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately this was warranted. I contacted AS smart clean for a deep cleaning in my home to be done prior to MLS pictures being taken and for an open house for my house that I am selling. I mentioned in three different places that this was a deep cleaning, nowhere did I say that it was a move out clean. The main difference between those two is that furniture is still inside of a home for a deep cleaning and should include things such as vacuuming the couches and making the beds for photographs. They are all very dusty from all of the preparations of getting the home ready but it was not even touched. I had to ask on the phone for the bed to be made, even though I had already mentioned it in a text earlier in the day, she almost left without doing it anyway. There was mulch and some stains on the floor still. I was able to get them out myself within 10 minutes of scrubbing it but the cleaner claims she had tried herself and it wouldn’t come off, which clearly can’t be true as I am not a professional and was able to. The counters were not sparkly clean and the windows still had smudges. When I said that we were unhappy with the results, she started claiming that I asked for a move out clean and that I said the house would be empty. I reread all of my messages and nowhere have I ever said that (I wouldn’t have, because it isn’t true), and also I circled all of the mentions of deep cleaning and not a move out clean. It is not a great business practice to claim your client is lying. For $230, this was a major waste of money. I had to spend 4 hours doing everything myself at my realtors request because she said it was not in showing condition. The 2 stars are for the fridge only, which does look nice.

Hi Becca, as we talked privately there was a lack of communication between us and even so I was willing to go back and redo what you thought wasn’t good and you didn’t accept it, unfortunately I didn’t have much to do since I did exactly what you told me asked to do. Considering your house was still being painted when I left at five-thirty in the afternoon, I’m sorry about what happened, as I told you in private.
