- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent on the customer's needs and always negotiable, but typically will fall between 4%-6%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first part is completing a needs analysis. For potential buyers, I like to meet, ask what they are looking for, where, and for what price, and then review examples of what is on the market. Then we can discuss needs vs. wants. I'll point them in the right direction so they can contact a good lender and attorney. I can also walk them through the entire process if they are first time homebuyers. For potential sellers, I like to walk through the property so I can complete an accurate market analysis, and will ask questions to fully understand their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA as well as licenses to sell real estate in MA and RI. I've purchased my own home and an investment property so I have experience in buying different types of properties.
