Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most common types of jobs we perform is Mid Day Dog walking and vacation care.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Please understand that for some one like myself who does this job full time and for a living and that has put the time and effort into all the knowledge you need when being around pets and as a business owner that if you want experience, reliability, trust etc you will pay more. Like the saying says you get what you pay for. Please do not demean, belittle your pet sitter. We are professionals just like most and expect the respect we deserve.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. You must have an absolute love of animals first and foremost. Patience is big.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask if they are Insured.
Ask if they have references.
What would they do in an emergency situation.
What are their policies and procedures.
How long have they been in business?
Is this a full time job or just a hobby?
What are the visit times?
What and if any are their office hours?

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Over ten years experience within the animal field. Insured and Bonded. We take the time needed with each individual animal in the house hold, our visits last a minimum of an hour, we take pride in what we do. Exceptional References

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Due to our reliability and professionalism our clients appreciate the care we take with their homes and pets. Just knowing we are appreciated makes each day a better one.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Myself as the owner has taken the time to work within the animal care industry and have gone to many seminars and training sessions to be the best at what I do. This is not an easy job as so many would think. Every day I put myself in harms way. Animals are loving caring family members who are and always will be just that an animal and can turn without warning. I also put my life on hold to acomodate those that need me and hope that every one appreciates what I do for them.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Back in 1998 I was working at a doggie daycare and boarding facility and we had a dog that was really stressed and I felt bad so I offered to pet sit for the owner the next time they went away and that is when I decided I wanted to open my own business as a pet sitter
