I contracted Bena to do a full renovation on two bathrooms. Bena is very professional and did the work with great responsiveness and efficiency. Before the project was started, I made several adjustments to the plan and Bena accommodated all of them. And he kept me well updated throughout the project. I appreciate that he provided me many helpful tips on the renovation work. My wife and I are impressed by the finished work, which I have attached pictures.

Ben managed a remodel of one of our bathrooms, which included installing a new walk-in shower. The quality of the work was excellent and it was done quickly and efficiently. Ben was very responsive throughout the project, responding to texts immediately. Overall, I recommend Flex Properties.

I had a storage/mechanical room in my basement (about 235 sq. ft.) that I wanted to finish into usable space. Flex Properties was one of the first businesses I reached out to that was willing to take on such a small job. Bena was quick to respond to my inquiry, visited my home in a matter of days, and gave me an excellent idea of what could be done with the room. He provided a quote that carefully took my budget into consideration. But above all, his enthusiasm for the work is what pushed his bid to the top of my list. Flex Properties began the finishing project in mid-December and completed the job on January 24. There were a few changes to the budget due to design alterations that became necessary over the course of the project (e.g., Bena recommended that we add a small mechanical closet for the water heater), but the additional cost was very reasonable. There's still a little bit of work to be done on the room and I’ll update this review once it’s complete, but the difference in the space is night and day. I was especially impressed by the employees who were working on the job. They were diligent, polite, and pleasant. They did neat work and kept the site immaculate. I’m grateful for the expertise Flex Properties brought to this job.

My guy Ben did an extraordinary job. We hired him and his crew to gut renovate our bathroom and we couldn’t be any happier. He went above and beyond and price was very reasonable. He went as far as doing side work without charging us, displaying true generosity and integrity in what he does. I will be using Ben for all future project and I recommend anyone looking for renovations to do the same and contact Ben. Date of completion was 3/22/24. The timeline was true to his completion date.
