Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. The procedure and materials they use along with a written 5 year guarantee. The testimonials they have accumulated over they're career. Very important they're knowledge on how they repair rust.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Name of the product your using and they're web-site, even call the supplier to see if they in fact do business with them. How do they exhaust the fumes and why does this enhance the finish. What type of primer and top coat and why.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long is your guarantee and what does it cover. How do you exhaust your fumes. What does the hole job entail. Are there any extra fees. if the finished needs to be stripped ask how it's done,with chemicals or sanding and why. Are you insured and ask for a certificate of proof. DON'T BE IN A RUSH!
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Insurance policy, Read they're testimonials. discuss they're procedures and why. what condition and type of fixture it is and is it worth refinishing.
