- What types of customers have you worked with?
In a one to one coaching session, conversations are geared around a client's agenda. Clients will work on action plans and communicate via email in between sessions. My workshops focus on a specific topic and activities are offered to elicit creative and in-depth awareness. A group culture of respect,honesty, and trust is facilitated. Retreats are getaways designed for people to completely recharge, renew, and rethink how they want to live their best lives.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I work with groups of people and individuals who are creative, risk takers, and willing to make change in their lives. If you are considering beginning something new or want to live more in integrity with your values then partnering with a coach is a great investment in yourself. Coaching is also very powerful in a group setting where you can be an asset to others and build a team of support.
