FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the hour for tax preparation services so you only pay for the actual work performed as opposed to flat rate services which can be estimated to include more hours than required for the job. It may be more one year, and less the next year; you literally just pay for the actual time it takes and not a penny more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first do a free in-depth consultation to learn about your business, and what your needs are, as well as answer your questions about our firm and what we can do for you as an individual and/or business, including non-profits; we have extensivce experience working with private non-profit and traditional non-profit organizations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been employed in the field of accounting since 1988. I have two degrees and an advanced professional license which requires 72 hours of CEUs (continuing education) every three years. Additionally I earned a graduate certification in Public Management.
